I'm curious as to how well the RollerMouse situates with various keyboards. One quarter of my desktop cannot be accessed without me having to reset, making it feel more like a giant touchpad. If you're interested, the colon is there to separate the "re" from the "d" so that the latter could stand for more than one thing, e.g. re:designed, re:developed.
And quiet. I use a Kinesis Freestyle myself, but that might not work for you if you need a numeric keypad. I don´t game, so I would not have a problem with using such a device, its actually perfect for my type of work where I write, click, write, click, etc. As for compatibility with ergo keyboards, I'd be wary of anything that has a non-removable palm rest.
